makeitgracy provides consulting services in industrial design, corporate visual identity, optimization of aesthetic packaging positioning for premium retail consumer products, brand visibility audits, and seminars on market trends. The specific scope of each service is detailed in the proposal or contract signed by both parties.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and timely information about their brand, products, and business objectives. Likewise, they are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights over any material (logos, images, texts) they deliver to makeitgracy for use in projects.
All designs, methodologies, seminar content, and materials developed by makeitgracy are the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once full payment for the service is completed, the client receives a usage license for the specific deliverables of the contracted project. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of said materials is prohibited.
makeitgracy does not guarantee specific commercial results, such as increased sales or market positioning, as these depend on multiple external factors. Our liability is limited to the provision of the contracted service in accordance with industry professional standards. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
The client may cancel a service within the first 7 business days from the signing of the contract, with the right to a partial refund based on project progress. Modifications to the scope of the service must be agreed upon in writing and may involve adjustments to timelines and costs. makeitgracy reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice via email at least 15 days in advance.
